Includes: two sample front cover designs to choose from (before any full cover proofs are sent out), half hour phone consultation with graphic designer, one proofing round with up to five structural changes to the existing cover and 50 typographical changes to the existing interior, and one .PDF proof of each component (self-publisher must supply us with original files). All trim sizes. Must submit PRODUCTION QUESTIONNAIRE with this order. Timeline: up to 2 weeks (14 calendar days)
