Includes: two sample front cover designs to choose from (before any full cover proofs are sent out), colour cover and up to ten colour graphics and text inside, half hour phone consultation with graphic designer, two proofing rounds with up to five structural changes to the cover and 50 typographical changes to the interior per round, and two .PDF proofs of each component. For trim sizes 5.5x8.5, 7x10, 8x10, and 8.5x11 only. Must submit PRODUCTION QUESTIONNAIRE with this order. Timeline: up to 2 weeks (14 calendar days)
